Hello I’m Lotus! Welcome to my page! I am super excited that you are here so I can tell you all about myself! I am a very sweet, wonderful, gentle soul who is looking to be adopted and finally find my forever family. And I am hoping that after you learn all there is to know about me you will want to be part of my forever family.

Okay. So here goes. I was originally found at a nice little park and was living outside on a patch of grass.  I was lucky and had several very nice humans who would come by every day and check on me and bring me food.  One of the nicest of these people called Houston Boxer Rescue and begged them to take me into their rescue because she was worried about me. She didn’t think I would fare well living on my own and I think she was right.  HBR took me in, had me checked out by a vet, and moved me into a foster home. I was relieved to say the least.

Things were finally looking up for me and I thought everything was going to be smooth sailing for the foreseeable future when I found out that I was being adopted. I was so excited! I finally was going to have a family of my very own. No more eating scraps and living outside for me! When the time came I gave my best boxer wiggle butt and moved in with my new family. Things went well and I relaxed.

However, not too long ago I found out that my family had to move and for some reason they could not take me with them. This made me really sad and I was worried that I was going to have to go find another park to live at. Thankfully my former family loved me and didn’t want that for me again. They called HBR and HBR was able to work their magic so I could be part of the rescue again. And guess what? I got to go back and live with the exact same foster family that I had the first time. That was a stroke of luck for sure.  

So now here I am once again looking for a family. My foster mom says that I am still the same, sweet, loving boy that I always was and she assures me that I will find another family. She has reminded me that since I know how to walk on a leash, stay in a crate, and not go potty in the house I am a real catch! She also has told me that my super sensational snuggle skills will also be loved and appreciated. (I do hope she is right about the snuggling because it is by far my favorite thing to do!) Basically she says that since I am such a good boy, because I get along with other dogs, and because I can hang out with kids I will still be a great addition to a family.

Our basic transport fee is $300, occasionally this price could change. This fee is for transporting our boxers outside of Texas up North. We do not offer transport in Texas/Louisiana.
