Someone said I have these things called heart worms. What the heck are they doing in there? I have been given medication to get rid of those buggers and I am doing very well with having to be crated a lot and stay rested and quiet.
I love my foster home! There are kids to play with, other dogs to play with, a Mom person who takes care of my every need, and a Dad person who loves me too! Right off the bat I was crazy about kids and women. It took a while for me to be comfortable around a strange man. Now he is great and not one bit strange at all! I have met other men and think they are OK once I get to know them, but it takes a while for me to trust. Maybe I knew a bad guy in my life before rescue?
My foster Mom says I am a perfect foster dog! I sleep all night, eat, use the bathroom, and take a nap. Now, before I started treatment, I played before nap time. I am a fun sort of guy!
I carry my weight around here by being a good watchdog. I bark if strangers are near the yard or out in front. But don't worry! I am not a nuisance barker. I just don't want anyone sneaking up on my family.
Don't I sound like a picture perfect companion? I can't wait to meet you and find out if we are a forever match!
