Hi there, my name is Kallee. I was left in a yard for months with little food after my human died. But the good people at HBR came to rescue me and I am so grateful. My foster mommy calls me “wiggle butt” because I get so excited when I see her that my entire butt wags uncontrollably.  I love all humans and snuggling with them is just about my favorite thing in the world.

I’m pretty laid back most of the time, but don’t be fooled: if you get down on the floor with me I will want to play rough! I get along well with other dogs but I really prefer to be the one in charge. You see, when I was a puppy some mean dog attacked me pretty good and messed up my jaw. See how my tongue hangs out a lot? I can’t really help that because my mouth is kinda crooked. So when other dogs get right up in my face I can get a bit nervous. In these situations, I really need my human to take charge so I feel safe.

Let’s see, what else about me? I’m potty trained, crate trained, walk well on a leach, love car rides, and know several commands including sit and stay. Plus I just learned that when I give humans my paw, I get either treats or love …so I love doing that now too. I am smart, inquisitive, and eager to learn new things. Please teach me stuff! I will do just about anything for kisses and snuggles. Oh, and did I mention that I just LOVE taking baths? Getting clean is the best!

Transport Fee:

Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes up North. This fee may vary occasionally. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
